General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between SAM Präzisionstechnik GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers in connection with the website axiosim.de.

2. Services

The Provider offers software solutions (Axiosim) in the form of license models. The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to contact the Provider.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded exclusively through individual communication (e.g., via email to info@smart-dental.de or info@sam-dental.de) and subsequent confirmation by the Provider.

4. Delivery

The software is delivered digitally via email by the Provider or an authorized programmer after full clarification and processing of the order.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are agreed individually during the communication process. Invoices are issued internally by the Provider.

6. Usage Rights

Upon purchase of a license, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software within the agreed scope.

7. Liability

The Provider shall be fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability shall only apply in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
